Copy the file of your choice to your Skyrim folder (where TESV.exe is located), and overwrite if asked. Each one has been specially tweaked to give the best result. Like I said earlier, I suggest both genders getting a body mod, regardless of which gender you play. As for body mods, yes, they'll affect every NPC in game. You'll have a one up on me with the GPU since the single 760 has more effective vRAM than my two 670s.
